Coalesce is a Native American-led consortium focused on leveraging structured finance, the exportation of tribal sovereignty, and strategic partnerships to develop world-class projects. 

1) Rare Earth Mining & Future Freedom Cities– In cooperation with Winnemucca NV Tribe, owners of 25,000 Acres near Baker and 109,000 Acres near Blythe California, finalize testing and identification of rare earth materials. Existing Arrays from Baker indicate the possibility of in excess of $10 Billion Dollars of materials in only 160 Acres of property and 15,000 tons of material. Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Iridium. Blythe property is not far from known Lithium and White Gold Deposits. Use the revenues to develop new future “freedom” cities on Tribal Grounds. 

2) Racetrack/Event Center Facility – Lead Investor, Controlling Interest on Board, Financial Return. Racetrack & Motocross for Global & National Motorsports Events, Hotel, Condominiums, Hospitality Village, World-class Driving School, Music & Festivals, Live Entertainment, 2 Separate Venues. Future additional recreational and entertainment features including Gaming. Structured Financing creates more. 

3) MAHA Franchise Initiative – Creation of the MAHA Franchise Stores with Tribal Nation & RFK Jr.’s MAHA program and outreach to the Native American Nation. Online and Brick and Mortar Locations. Enhance and increase the agricultural growing and distribution capacities of the Tribal Nations. Cobranding with MAHA and the Indian Nation beyond organic, safe, healthy, delicious fresh produce, meats, and personal beauty items and over the counter medicine, supplements, clothing and more.  

4)  Casino Dev & Mgt – Starting with Diamond Mississippi 400 Acre Land Development Project. Provide proof of funds for LOI negotiated with the Owners of DHCC for land purchase and optional joint venture. Coalesce has access to non-native equity for investment into a Section 17 Tribal Co. & can provide structured financing options for the project. Up to 15 month due diligence for building permits. 

5) Apartment Arbitrage – Up to 18 Apartment Complexes ($1.8B) that have been depreciated out.  Acquisition or possible Tribal Charitable Remainder Trust Structure where the Apartments are gifted to and SOLD by the Tribe as Trustee to the Owner and financial management of the Trust funds, interest and distributions for a 7 generation hold as Trustee. 

6) Investment Capital Creation to Multiply by Structured Financing – Various methods being pursued currently. 1) Tokenization of Tribal assets, particularly Land and other hard Assets. 2) Monetization of Various Assets such as a 300M Gold Bond or 5B Coal pile. 3) Structured Financing - taking those proceeds and multiplying their amounts with Structured Financing of Primary and Secondary Real Estate Development Projects.
